Flypbox Refurbished Laptop Warranty Policy
Every Flypbox device is professionally re-engineered, performance-tested, and backed by a structured warranty so you can use it with confidence.
01. Warranty Coverage
Flypbox provides a limited hardware warranty starting from the date of invoice for products purchased through authorized channels.

02. What Is Covered
The warranty covers hardware defects arising under normal usage conditions, including:
- Motherboard
- RAM
- Storage (SSD / HDD)
- Display panel (functional defects only)
- Keyboard and trackpad (functional defects only)
03. Battery Policy
The battery is a consumable component. Coverage is for functional failure only. Standard tested battery backup is 3 hours under normal usage. Capacity degradation over time and normal wear and tear are excluded.

Note: Customers are responsible for secure packing as per Flypbox guidelines before courier handover.
05. 15-Day Replacement Policy
Devices with manufacturing defects identified within 15 days of purchase are eligible for replacement, provided the device is returned in original packaging with all accessories in undamaged condition.
06. Exclusions
The following are not covered:
- Physical damage (drops, cracks, impact)
- Liquid damage
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues, OS errors, or data loss
- Damage from power surges
- Normal wear and tear (cosmetic degradation)
07. Included Benefits
- Windows OS: Authentic, activated Windows pre-installed.
- Microsoft Office: 6 months included (Windows systems only).
- Antivirus: Optional Quick Heal 1-year subscription available.
08. Liability & Backup
Flypbox is not liable for data loss or business interruption. Customers must back up all data and disable passwords before scheduling service.
