We provide various services including but not limited to diagnosis, repair, and refurbishment of electronic devices, sale of refurbished products with pick up and delivery options subject to availability and IT and Communications Asset Disposition services, etc. You can request a callback by providing your contact number and selecting the services you are interested in. You can also request service through email or phone. We will contact you based on the information provided.

 

Product Description & Pricing

We strive for accuracy in product listings, specifications, and pricing. However:

• All prices are subject to change without providing notice;

• Product availability may vary from time to time;

• Refurbished items are sold with specific warranty terms as mentioned on case to case basis.

 

Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

• We reserve the right to cancel or decline service requests at our discretion;

• Payment to us must be made through approved gateways including UPI, debit/credit card, bank transfers.

 

Warranty & Liability

• Repairs and refurbished products carry a limited warranty which shall be informed on case to case basis.

• Warranty does not cover physical damage and damages due to misuse, external causes, software issues or unauthorized modifications/repairs.

• We are not liable for data loss, customers are advised to back up their devices before service.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary based on location and availability.

• Delays due to courier or logistic partners are beyond our control.

• Damaged or tampered parcels must be reported within the same day of delivery. 

Return & Refund

• Products may be eligible for return or replacement as per our Returns Policy.

• Returns must be initiated within the stated return window in original packaging.

• Refund, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
